The American fashion empire, Ralph Lauren Corporation continues to grow in the denim business and introduced ‘Denim & Supply’, after retiring few similar lines that are ‘Ralph Lauren Jeans Co.’, 'Polo Sport' and ‘Polo Denim’ in the recent years. Instead of the typical polo tees and cargo pants that the brand is known for (at least with the people here), Denim & Supply offer a whole new different look.
“Imagine a group of young college friends spending a weekend at a ranch in Santa Fe.” - That is exactly what I will say if ever has to come up with a sentence to sum up my understanding of the brand.
Not to take it wrongly, Denim & Supply offer many amazing good-quality flannel shirts and great selection of denim pants in playful details. I had the opportunity to attend the opening of KL’s first ‘Denim & Supply’ in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur earlier this month. Located in the Fashion Avenue, a new section of the mall the store houses the latest AW’12 collection of the label. Here are some photos of the boutique during the event. Price range for the label stands within the Pepe Jeans, Energie, Replay alike.
My favorite piece of the store is this particular star-spangled scarf that was nicely wrapped around one of the jackets displayed in the store.
